Contractor sought for £33m faculty building

Coventry University is looking for a contractor to build a £33m development to host its Faculty of Health & Life Sciences.

The project is to construct a new five storey research facility with 11,260m² gross internal floor area and 7,015m² net internal area. Work is expected to take 26 months to complete.

The new faculty building will link to the existing sports centre with a shared atrium. The project also involves construction of a separate two-storey Energy Centre, providing power to the Health & Life Science department.
