We proactively resource as much as we can in preparation for upcoming works. However, we are experienced in working to tight turnarounds – within 8-hours from order to start time. We ensure we get the site and types of works and health and safety specifics and skills & training requirements from the client for us to source the most suited and skilled candidates.
We initially check, second check and triple check all candidate’s documentation with regards to skills cards, work history and legal requirements such as Right to Work in the UK prior to placement confirmation and payment. Ongoing weekly and monthly monitoring is undertaken by our internal auditing Compliance team monitoring the quality of our Consultant’s work and upcoming expirations of candidate documentation ensuring our service delivery is to the highest standard, in line with our ISO 9001 Key Commitments.
Direct labour can fluctuate through annual leave and project crossovers. To assist clients in productivity of hours and efficiencies on site – through frequent site and operative welfare we proactively establish patterns and cover for annual leave and project fluctuations. We identify areas where additional labour needs to be sourced or where replacements are required as well as ensuring clients and candidates are happy on site.
