Lincolnshire house-builder Allison Homes has recruited a new managing director from Persimmon.
Adrian Evans joins Allison Homes as managing director from Persimmon Homes, where he was managing director of its East Midlands division.
Allison Homes is part of the Larkfleet Group, whose chief executive Karl Hick said: "Adrian's track record, experience and contacts within the industry are second to none and we are thrilled to have him on board. Attracting someone of Adrian's calibre into the business is a great endorsement of our strategy and ambition. He brings with him strong industry insight and experience which will be vital as we continue with our plans to grow and develop Allison Homes."
Nigel Parson, the previous managing director at Allison Homes, has been promoted to managing director of construction for the entire Larkfleet Group, including Allison Homes.
