We are a leading supplier for the delivery of temporary and permanent recruitment personnel of varying skills and disciplines to projects throughout the UK. Projects both large and small in the following divisions have provided Diamond with the opportunity to successfully prove that we can assist any client in the supply of suitable labour in a very diverse industry.
Diamond have strong working relationships providing building management system (BMS) installers and maintenance operatives to the construction industry. We provide operatives to nationwide clients in the monitoring of a building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, air conditioning (HVAC) and security systems. All operatives are sourced to experience and skills required to suit the size of our client and the project.
With M&E being the founding core business of Diamond, we have been supporting electrical and mechanical contractors throughout the UK since 1983. Diamond are members of the JIB Industrial Information Scheme, allowing us to verify the qualifications of the workers we provide; all electrical labour supplied are ECS card holders. We supply all levels of electrical personnel including Management, Testing and Inspection, Electricians, Improvers and Mates covering all aspects of installation works including commercial, industrial, residential and retail.
Diamond were founder members of the B&ES (HVCA) agency alliance and still work to the key commitments as set to ensure our mechanical labour meets the criteria required by our clients. We provide labour including, Plumbers (industrial and domestic), Pipefitters, Welders and Mates. All workers will have the relevant in date and verified Engineering skill card, JIB PMES or CSCS cards. Our mechanical division supply workers to all sectors including large industrial pipework installations to small residential or domestic works.
Our rail division was formed in 1996 to support our M&E clients working on the Jubilee Line Extension. Since then, we have been involved in the Section 12 Fire Upgrade projects on both installation, commissioning and maintenance, Channel Tunnel Rail Link at both St Pancras and Stratford, major London station upgrades and our dedicated London Underground team continue to supply installation, maintenance teams to LUL contractors. Diamond are RISQS accredited and also a registered sponsor with Rail Sentinel.
Although we are renowned for our M&E labour supply, we are preferred supplier on nationwide contracts and are working on the majority of the recent prestigious construction projects in London. At different stages in major projects, we provide construction support and are trusted by Project Managers and Directors to provide reliable, known and legally compliant workforces to support our client’s needs. All operatives have the necessary CSCS card as a minimum and up to date training relevant to their trade.
