• Date of birth
• Contact details, including telephone numbers, email address and postal address (inclusive of next of kin)
• National insurance number
• Proof of address (verify I.D and right to work in the UK)
• Education, experience, qualifications and copies of training certificates/ cards
• CV/ work history
• Job preferences including role, geographical areas and salary/wages
• Any other information you provide that will be noted on your file in relation to work-finding services
• References of which you have prior consent from the individual to pass their details to us
• A log of our communications with you by telephone, email and post

Sensitive personal data

• Photo I.D (verify I.D and right to work in the UK)
• Disability/health condition relevant to the role
• Nationality
• If relevant, permits and visas
• Photo training cards
• Criminal conviction
• Outcome of security clearance for certain roles
• Financial information (including, but not limited to, payroll details and terms, HMRC data, pension scheme details, court orders and statutory payments)

I consent to the Company processing the above personal data for the following purposes:

• For the Company to provide me with work-finding services
• For the Company to process with or transfer my personal data to their client(s) in order to provide me with work-finding services
• For the Company to process my data on a computerised database provided by Access Group, made up of Access UK Ltd and Access Accounting Ireland Ltd, in order to provide me with work-finding services
• For the Company to process my data using automated decision making processes in order to provide me with work-finding services
• For the Company to store my personal data with a third party secure IT company in order to provide me with work-finding services
• For the Company to liaise with HMRC and my chosen payment processing company in order for payment processing
• For the Company to provide marketing materials for work-finding services and products

I also consent to the Company processing my personal data with third parties including: Employment Confederations, Government departments, engaged auditors, Trade Unions, and engaged insurance brokers for the purposes of auditing and investigations carried out on the Company to ensure that the Company is complying with all relevant laws and obligations.

The consent I give to the Company will be for the retention of my personal data (held in either electronic or paper files) for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes they collected it for, including for the purposes of providing work-finding services, legal, accounting, audit or reporting requirements.

I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by informing the Company, in writing, that I wish to do so by post or email (compliance@dcer.co.uk).
