Morgan Sindall has been appointed by Spire Healthcare to build a new £60m private hospital in Nottingham.
The Spire Nottingham hospital will be built by Morgan Sindall on a seven-acre site near Nottingham City Airport in Tollerton. Completion is planned for early 2017.
Spire Healthcare has 39 private hospitals and 13 clinics around the UK. It secured planning permission for this Nottingham development from Rushcliffe Borough Council in March.
Morgan Sindall area director Andy Hall said: “It is a great privilege to be trusted by Spire Healthcare to deliver this landmark development for them. We have struck up a good rapport with their team built on mutual trust and their confidence in our abilities.
