Wates Living Space has landed a £5.6m insulation contract for Doncaster housing association St Leger Homes.
Wates will install external wall insulation to 830 homes across the Askern and Bentley areas of Doncaster, with loft insulation and additional roof works also being undertaken as required.
The schedule of improvements is due for completion in spring 2016.
Wates Living Space has previously refurbished more than 7,000 homes across Doncaster for St Leger Homes, incorporating internal and external refurbishment to the Decent Homes Standard, external wall insulation and associated energy saving measures.
