Construction of a £21m college campus in Chippenham is set to begin in May after securing planning permission from Wiltshire Council.
Wiltshire College wants the new 9,100m2 three-storey building to support growth in vocational training and apprenticeships in areas including engineering, construction and hair & beauty, as well as university level courses and army resettlement.
It will be built on land between the existing Wiltshire College buildings on Cocklebury Road, which will then be demolished.
Building work is expected to take around 16 months to complete with the world class facilities opening to students in September 2015.
